The types of plastic containers mainly include high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, and the like.
1. High-density polyethylene container: high-density polyethylene blow molding container, which is the most used one in blow molding products. Polyethylene has low moisture permeability, non-toxic, tasteless, suitable for food packaging, but for gas and fragrance. Organic vapors are permeable to food. Drugs and chemicals should not be stored for long periods of time. Generally used for liquid detergents, household bleaches, salt, seasonings, milk, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, antifreeze, etc.
2. Low-density polyethylene container: Low-density polyethylene is soft, cold-resistant, moisture-proof, and waterproof. It is easy to burn, and the cost of the container is low. Therefore, it can be used in the manufacture of squeeze containers to store mucus products for honey, powder insecticides, liquid detergents, chemicals and other packaging.
3. Rigid polyvinyl chloride container: Hard polyvinyl chloride has gas, low aroma permeability, oil resistance and chemical resistance. It is combined with an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (abs), a-bromo crotonate (MBS) and other impact-resistant agents to increase its strength and can be packaged in foods, cosmetics, liquid detergents, and the like. The hard polyvinyl chloride can also be made into a plastic transparent can or a canned fruit container.
4. Polypropylene container: Polypropylene is an ideal material for making transparent cans. Polypropylene sheets can be made into transparent cans, and oriented polypropylene can be used as transparent rigid containers. Polysqualylene blow molded containers are often used for vinegar, infusion, liquid detergents, and the like.
