Plastic pots are used in household products, and they are very convenient to use. They are widely used, but they may not be very familiar with the production process. So today, Linyi plastic pot manufacturers understand their production processes. First, there must be an injection blow molding machine, and then the corresponding mold can be processed or purchased.
Injection molding process
The excellent mold can form products with complex shapes, precise dimensions and inserts at one time, and it is convenient to batch produce products with the same size, shape and performance. Injection molding has good production performance, short molding cycle, and can also be automated or semi-automated, with high production efficiency and technical and economic indicators.
Extrusion process
It is suitable for the molding of some thermosetting plastics and reinforced plastics with good fluidity. It is a molding method which is applied early in the plastic processing industry, has wide application and strong applicability, and is also produced according to the mold. The plastic products processed by extrusion molding are mainly continuous profile products.
Press forming process
Used in the production of thermosetting plastic products, which are divided into compression molding and lamination molding. Molding is a solidification process by chemical reaction of a plasticizing flow of a raw material by pressing the upper and lower molds. The lamination molding is to laminate the sheet material which has been permeated through the resin to a desired thickness, and then put it into a laminating machine to bond and cure it into a layered article under a certain temperature and pressure.
Blow molding process
Manufacturing plastic hollow products such as bottles, crates, fuel tanks, toys, etc. Some of them are also used in the manufacture of furniture parts.
Casting process
The liquid resin mixture to which the curing agent and other auxiliary agents are added is poured into a molding die, and gradually solidified under certain conditions to become a product having a certain shape. Suitable for plastics with high fluidity and shrinkage.
